TruGrit Traction is a Parts/Accessories Manufacturer of quality pipeline video inspection equipment parts and accessories that are engineered and created in the USA. Their ‘niche’ is that they are the only online source for these components, outside the actual manufacturer of cameras and crawlers. Their goal is to make pipeline inspection equipment perform better, regardless of the brand, by engineering and manufacturing parts and accessories that meet or exceed OEM standards for a price that won’t erode the margins of even the smallest Inspection Company.

My Role:

Since December 2019, I have provided TruGrit Traction with comprehensive Digital Marketing services through Content Creation, Email Marketing, Organic Social Media Marketing, Facebook Group Administration, Website Management, Overall SEO Monitoring/Management, and other assistance as requested.

Client Successes Include:

  • Since December 2019, TruGrit Traction’s Email Subscriber List has increased by 19% and the Average Open Rate has increased by 29%.
  • In May 2021, WooCommerce was connected to Constant Contact. This has resulted in an average purchase of $1,800 per Email order, with slightly over a 1% Conversion Rate.
  • TruGrit’s Facebook Page has experienced Organic growth of 33% since August 2020, with a current Engagement Rate of over 5% and a monthly Reach of over 1,500.
  • Their Instagram Page has experienced 17% Organic growth in the same period, with a current Engagement Rate of 1.2% and a monthly Reach of just over 110.
  • TruGrit’s LinkedIn Business Page has experienced 31% Organic growth, since September 2020, with a current engagement rate of 3% and a monthly Reach of over 600 unique Page viewers.
  • The Sewer Camera Operators Facebook Group began in August 2020, and currently has over 1,800 members. This highly-engaged group averages 3-9 posts per day, with comments ranging between 16 and 20, depending on the subject.
  • In just over 18 months, TruGrit Traction’s overall SERP ranking has improved by 36%.
